Colts Neck High School PTSO Scholarship

The Colts Neck High School PTSO is proud to offer scholarships to seniors pursuing full-time higher education in an accredited college or technical school. Scholarships are awarded to students who are well-rounded in academics, school activities, community service activities, including PTSO volunteer activities. 


Scholarship Criteria 

  • Student or student’s parent/guardian must be a paid member of the CNHS PTSO 
  • Scholarship money must be used for qualifying educational purposes; and
  • A parent or guardian of each recipient shall be required to guarantee the return of any CNHS PTSO scholarship money received if the recipient does not attend a post-secondary accredited educational institution during the academic year that begins in the fall immediately following his or her CNHS graduation.


Application Criteria

  • Two letters of recommendation must be submitted with the application;
  • The applicant should list community service performed for the CNHS PTSO and other school events or community agencies and include any applicable community service verification;
  • Write a 200-250 word essay on the topic specified in the 2019 scholarship application


 The application process for 2018 is complete.  Please check back in early 2019 for the new application.
